Oder es soll einfach eine Strategie neu beleuchtet, eine Vision geschaffen oder eine Leitbild \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden.<\/p>\n<p>Es kann deshalb helfen, dies mit externer Moderation zu tun. Ich sehe meine Rolle dort als Person von aussen, die das Gegebene struktutiert, ebenso &#8222;aufr\u00e4umt&#8220;, vielleicht auch mal &#8222;\u00fcbersetzt&#8220;.
