Oder es soll einfach eine Strategie neu beleuchtet, eine Vision geschaffen oder eine Leitbild \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden.<\/p>\n

Es kann deshalb helfen, dies mit externer Moderation zu tun. Ich sehe meine Rolle dort als Person von aussen, die das Gegebene struktutiert, ebenso „aufr\u00e4umt“, vielleicht auch mal „\u00fcbersetzt“.
